Respawn Youth and the Esports Trade Association Foundation (ESTAF) have partnered on the creation and administration of a fiscally sponsored fund, with the aim to:

• Provide equitable access to structured esports programs.
• Develop youth college and workforce readiness skills.
• Expand opportunities for social-emotional learning through esports.
• Strengthen pathways to careers in technology, media, and the esports industry.

Your donation will go toward the following initiatives:

• Implementing educational esports programs in schools and youth organizations.
• Research and development of educational materials and esports curricula.
• Training and onboarding coaches to facilitate classes.
• Student enrichment, including workshops, mentorship, and competitive play.
• Reviewing program impact, gathering feedback, and keeping our partners informed and involved.
• Equity and access initiatives to ensure underserved communities benefit from esports education.

90% of all contributions go toward the implementation of educational esports programs and initiatives. 10% of all contributions cover administrative, compliance, and operational responsibilities handled by the ESTA Foundation.
